MEET THE TEAM
TIM BARTLETT
Tim was a graduate of Reitz High School and attended ISUE. As an owner, Tim lays out daily schedules, estimates jobs, meets with potential customers, follows up on job sites, and plays a vital role in communication between our customers and the crew.
DAVID BARTLETT
David was a graduate of Reitz High School. As an owner, he keeps an eye on his employees and the progress of ongoing projects. David also estimates and communicates with costumers to ensure we are meeting their expectations.
B&S HOME IMPROVEMENT
B&S Home Improvement began in 1978 with these brothers! Tim & David Bartlett were the founding members of a company that began as their father's idea. Now, 40 years later, the company is still going strong. The brothers' partnership has not wavered over the years, with each fulfilling very important roles.
SECOND GENERATION OWNERS
BRIAN BRANSON
Brian is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School. He went on to attend USI where he played baseball and received a marketing degree. He began working at B&S Home Improvement in 2008, where he learned all facets of the business. Brian is part of the new generation of owners that someday will take over completely for Tim and David Bartlett. Brian works both in the office and out on the job site. He also estimates, schedules jobs, and meets with customers.
JOSH CRAIG
Josh is a graduate of Reitz High School. He began working for B&S in 1998 on a part-time basis. He came aboard in 1999 full-time, and today has worked his way up to the ownership position. Josh is part of the new generation of owners that someday will take over completely for Tim & David Bartlett. Josh is known for his beautiful tile work. He has amazing attention to detail and is one of the best tile installers in the business today.

Charles has been with B&S Home Improvement since 1995. He is wonderful at every facet of the repair and remodel business: windows, doors, siding, etc. Charles also approaches everyday and every customer with laughter and kindness. He is one of a kind, and an amazing asset to B&S Home Improvement.
MARK REED
Mark has been with B&S since 1994. He also knows the business inside and out. Mark is very detailed and precise when constructing a deck, porch, room addition, etc. He is also a great leader and a very valuable part of B&S.
RON HARPER
Ron has been with the business since 1999. Ron is a multifaceted part of our company. His talents range from roof repair, painting, and trim work, to complete kitchen, and bath remodels. Ron's talent is a key to our success.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATION
JULIE WEINZAPFEL
Julie has been with the company for 3 years. She worked at the Courier & Press over 30 years in the accounting department. Julie handles everything from accounting and book-keeping, to employee healthcare and all human resource tasks. B&S Home Improvement is very happy to have her on board!
ALISHA LOTTES
What started as a part-time job, has turned into 12 years of service with B&S Home Improvement. Alisha fills many roles at the company including customer service, submitting proposals, invoicing jobs, IT, and marketing. Alisha is the friendly voice your first hear at B&S Home Improvement.
